Letting go of self doubt and embracing the potential of your true, authentic self
Do you ever doubt your ability as a business owner, as a parent, at being both?
Do you shrug off any praise you receive and success you achieve?
Do you doubt the potential of any new ideas that you have?
Worry a lot about what others think of you?
It is so easy to lose ourselves and be held back by the layers of self doubt when juggling family and business commitments and responsibilities.
Imagine the clarity and freedom of letting go of those doubts and fears and stepping into the potential of your true self. This session will guide you through ideas, inspiration and information to help you understand more about those doubts and reflect on how they might be holding you back – even if they are small and don’t dominate your life. You will take away some tips and ideas on how to begin to free yourself from the fears that hold you back, embrace the potential of your true self and live with more joy and fulfilment.
Dr Becky Quicke helps people let go of the self doubt that holds them back. She is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and spent the first phase of her career in the NHS helping parents and children re-connect to build secure family relationships, allowing them to live beyond the anxieties that overwhelmed them. She became an expert clinician in the field of childhood trauma and also helped organisations and teams work more effectively and compassionately. After delivering this work in the NHS for 15 years, Becky developed her own independent practice in 2015. She niched her practice to help others free themselves from self doubt through 1:1 programs and retreats. She delivers scientifically proved programs within the working environment and with clients independently. She fuses her personal experience as a juggling working parent with her specialist knowledge as a Clinical Psychologist to guide her clients through deeper and often longer term personal development rather than coaching short term strategies. She helps her clients embrace the potential of their true selves – their authentic power – to live and succeed with more joy and fulfilment.
